"No Show/ No Call " and NO CANCELLATION appointment/s will be marked "No Show" and is automatically blocked from the system with no exceptions to regular clients, until we hear from you. With online booking, we do not call or confirm appointments. You are given confirmation and reminders for your appointment with your email address and the option to be reminded a day or hours before your schedule thru text messages when you register under "create profile". There is no reason then you can not call or cancel.
We have very high volume of serious waitlist clients (at least 10/day) wanting to fill-in cancellations to a booked schedule. So, please be considerate. As much as your time is very important, so does with Maria.
Also, please call us at 202-223-2089 or 202-775-1999 (Last Tangle front desk) when you are running late; otherwise, we will have to reschedule your appointment/s or do the rest of the services that can be done for your remaining time slot. This to prevent us from running behind schedule with the next appointment.
Maria's clients are mostly from word of mouth and we would like to give the best service as expected.

When rescheduling MAKE SURE PREVIOUS BOOKING IS CANCELLED to make the NEW APPOINTMENT VALID, otherwise, your profile is automatically locked.
"Reschedule" link does not cancel previous booking. We suggest you make the new appointment first and cancel the previous you have after making the new appointment.
